What is "Internet Addiction" ?It is a psychological disease that someone spends a lot of time online and he or she can not control themself.This is serious because they can not live without computer that will affact their normal life.However Internet Addiction has been a serious problem between colleage students so knowing how to prevent to get Internet Addiction is very important.
Why should we prevent Internet Addiction ? Kimberly S.Young.Phd from the University of Pittsubergh said "It will cause serious problem of interpersonal relationship and a lot of people with Internet Addiction can not fit in society . These people finally cut their works,classes and lose the goals of their own life ."This is not a physilogical disease but it develope a serious result.
To develope a new interest is a good way to prevent Internet Addiction.This can help you focus on a healthy things like playing basketball, learning dancing ,and painting. These are good for your life . When you use computer to get online , just make rule likes restrain time.
Finally, we should understand that there are a lot of interesting things in this world .It is rediculous and boring to just seat infront of your computer all day.

Playing computer games is funny. There is a lot of games you can play online, but it is not good to play a lot games in a short time. But I can’t refuse that anyone invite me to place. It’s a big problem that I can not refuse my friends’ invitation. So every time I just go with them, every time I just keep playing with them. However, it is not always fun when we play a game every time! It could be boring when I do the same thing on line. But recently I feel a little boring when I was playing the game. Every day do the same thing online is so impractical, I need to do some thing that can escape the name of “home body”. I want have a girl friend, I want have a family. But I still can’t because I am really a home body. It can’t change and never change. Therefore, I decide to keep the same life, and I believe that someday I will meet her

Time is money

Playing computer games is wasting my time.I think I have to study more hardly than I was in senior high school.Sometimes many people call me "Home body",but I don't care.Because I used my time to study not for playing computer games.I will not wasting my time since now.
